 ALRACI JEWELRY is not responsible for delivery delays or missing packages when received by a third-party company USPS, UPS, DHL, FEDEX or any Courier

 Shipping with insurance option is available during checkout.

 If the package is returned to sender ALRACI JEWELRY due to missing or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying the second shipping fee. In this case, we will contact you with an invoice for shipping charges.

 

US only,

 Orders may take up to 5 business days to deliver after it has been dispatched

 Shipping courier: USPS

 

 International,

 Orders may take up to 7-15 business days to deliver after it has been dispatched

Shipping courier: FedEx, UPS or DHL 


RETURNS

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for any order once they have been finalized, only exchanges. Nevertheless, our goal is to ensure that you are completely content with your purchase.


EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange  a product, you have 14 days from the date you received the item to do so. 


Exchanges are permitted as long as the piece has not been worn, contains all tags, and is not a customer-personalized item. To request an exchange, email us at info@alracijewelry.com.


It's the responsibility of all customers to cover any duties and taxes associated with their returns.
